Shipping:

1. Shipping Times:

   • All art pieces ordered from gregoriocodagnone.it will be shipped within 3 business days following the order confirmation.

2. Carriers Used:

   • We use reliable carriers to ensure safe and prompt delivery. Our main carriers are BRT, DHL, TNT, and UPS.

3. Insured Shipping:

   • To protect the value of your artwork, we offer insured shipping. This ensures greater security during transit.

4. Shipping Costs:

   • Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the chosen artwork. The exact price will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Return:

1. Conditions for Return:

   • Returns are possible only in case of breakage of the artwork during shipping. It is not possible to return an artwork for the purpose of exchanging it.

2. Return Procedure:

   • In case of breakage, the buyer has 7 days from the date of receiving the artwork to submit a return request.
   • The return request must be sent to gregoriocodagnonearte@gmail.com and must include clear photos of the damage.

3. Damage Verification:

   • Each return request will be subject to an inspection by the artist to verify the extent of the damage.
